  • Ann’s experience with Land Rover’s Jaguar ADAS platforms—spanning the full-size Range Rover, including prior models, LR4 (prior body style), LR3, and Discovery— which integrated early driver-assist intelligence with terrain response, adaptive control, and sensor-driven stability systems (DSC), setting a foundation for today’s software-defined, electrified mobility experience.

    Trained through the Land Rover University global team, professionals were able to to have a deep understanding or special pull through of project vehicle deliveries and new vehicle designs underway.

    Ann’s distinction as a national Gold, Silver, and Bronze Certified Land Rover and Jaguar Product Specialist—and a top ranked fleet and individual sales performer—was built on deep technical fluency mastering each vehicle from Monroney specifications, historical brand heritage, and VIN decoding through ADAS architecture, powertrain engineering, and software systems that keep the vehicle performing at the highest level.

  • Highlighting the importance of navigation research to consumers involved gathering information from traditional imitation learning to expert demonstration.

    Navigating future trajectories represented by waypoints, the promise of cross embodiment learning through curated multi-robot datasets, signals relying on image inputs; and their proposal on an alternative framework strengthening imitation learning and ‘Reinforcement Learning’. This allowed the ability to explore a navigation framework that de-couples RL policy training in simulation.

    Ann brought deep Jaguar performance and product expertise during a defining era of the brand, when Jaguar’s mission centered on blending British luxury heritage with modern performance, advanced engineering, and progressive digital design.

    Select portfolio models were released during her tenure. She managed the ecommerce digital sales platform, vendor engagements, and fleet sales.

  • Ann accelerated flagship vehicle launches—from the all-newly designed XJ, XF sedans with its first digital UI and cockpit to F-PACE, X-Type, performance coupes, convertibles, and early EV programs—driving fleet and key-account growth and CRM pipeline performance acceleration at scale.

    She partnered on ride and drive up the California Coast, experiential to raceway events. Partnering with global partners, she designed and hosted private golf events with vehicle and experience raffles.
